Accessing the Campaign Finance Web Site

You can access the Colorado Campaign Finance Home page to access pages to view contribution and expense records from Candidates, Parties, Political Action Committees (PAC), and other political entities. Additional information about these Committees is also made available. You can search the data in several ways and can view the results on your screen, print them, or extract the information for further analysis.

View detail information about the Colorado Campaign Finance web site...	Click the about this website link. Information about the web site is displayed. When finished viewing the information, click the close link to hide the information.
Access your user workspace if you have the appropriate login credentials...	Click the registered user login button. The Registered User Login page is displayed. Perform the steps for Logging in to the System.
Search the campaign finance database...	Click the search database button. The Search the Campaign Finance Database page is displayed. Perform the steps for Searching the Campaign Finance Database.
Access webinars on how to navigate and work within TRACER...	Click the learn to use tracer button. The Learn to Use TRACER page is displayed. Click the link for the webinar you want to access. The webinar begins playing in a separate window. When finished viewing the webinar, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.
Register a Committee...	Click the committee registration button. The Notice of Candidate/Committee page is displayed. Perform the steps for Adding/Amending a Registration.
Generate reports...	Click the generate reports button. The General Reports page is displayed. Perform the steps for Viewing General Reports.
View statistics for contributions, expenditures and loans that were included on reports filed in the specified year...	Click the quick stats button. The Quick Stats page is displayed. Perform the steps for Viewing Quick Stats.
Add a Candidate affidavit...	Click the candidate affidavit button. The Notice of Candidate/Committee page is displayed. Perform the steps for Adding/Amending a Registration.
View resource information...	Click the resources button. The Resources page is displayed. Perform the steps for Viewing Resource Information.
Return to your user workspace if you are logged into the system...	Click the return to secure site link in the left navigation menu. The secure site is displayed.
